S919 Somafix Brick & Gas Concrete Adhesive Foam

Product Description It has been developed for use as a replacement for traditional mortar in perforated or solid bricks, concrete blocks, granite and marble, roof tiles, natural stone,stone and other masonry applications. The adhesive is ideal for building walls, partition walls,  drywall, plywood, cornices, and all types of brick and block construction applications both interior and exterior.

Technical Data
 Adheres to all construction materials except silicone, teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene.  It is resistant to all kind of weather conditions, seawater, diluted acid and caustic solutions, steam and humidity.
  • Shake the can strongly for up to 30 seconds.
  • Install the can to the gun by turning it.
  • Remove any dirt, dust and grease from the application surface and moisten it with water. (Moistening the substrate and the applied foam is especially important for accelerating the reaction and achieving efficient results.)  
  • Use the can upside down.
  • Press the trigger of the gun to allow the foam to come out.
  • Adjust the foam output speed and volume using the valve at the back of the gun.
  • Apply Somafix Brick & Gas Concrete Adhesive Foam  in horizontal and vertical beads onto the material to be bonded. Immediately bond brick or gas concrete.
  • Clean the gun and valve thoroughly after use for future applications.  
  • Any uncured foam residues should be cleaned with  SOMAFIX FOAM &GUN CLEANER.
  • Since the applied foam will expand, controlled volume should be used.
